WordPress.com, Blogspot, TypePad & Haloscan (as far as I can tell, anyway), Technorati, MySpace, Flickr, Digg, just about every forum I've used...even the ones that let you upload multiple images only let you use one image as your icon at a time. I assume there must be more, but LJ is the only one I can think of right now. That's interesting.
