How am I going to live without my internet access? Seriously, though, "character" sounds wonderful! And Kelson, thanks for the recommendation on the Cavalier. I love going to Hearst Castle, and it's been a few years since we went. Nice to know a good place to stay in the area! When I was staying there, I could only get a consistent connection by going to the Starbucks down the road... ;) The place has "character", though, and there's lots of great restaurants right nearby, along the corridor to Union Square.
