Remember Clocky, the fiendish alarm clock that rolls away and hides when you hit snooze? The inventor has graduated from MIT and taken the design commercial. You can now buy your own self-propelled alarm clock.

I can imagine some hilarious scenarios with that kind of device.
Sounds kinda like this one.
West: Yeah, I can just see it rolling far enough under the bed that it’s necessary to either move the bed out of the way, or go get a broom handle to retrieve it.
Rebecca: Ooh, that one’s worse. Except I think the puzzle pieces would disappear pretty fast.
During Christmas shopping, I actually spotted a Clocky display model at Sharper Image. I picked it up, carried it over to where Katie was, and said, “Look! Clocky!”
Yes, we’re weird.
Incidentally, I didn’t see any boxes below the shelf. Maybe it was a popular gift this season?
