Stubbornness, or Just Staying the Course?
December 4th, 2006 by Kelson. Posted in Politics and tagged for George Bush, John Bolton, Politics, president, UNPresident Bush is complaining about “stubborn obstructionism” in trying to get John Bolton appointed permanent ambassador to the United Nations. I find this odd because for the last 6 years, Bush has made his own stubbornness a selling point in his political career. I’d expect someone who thinks it’s better to stick to your guns than reevaluate your position in the face of new, contrary evidence to appreciate stubbornness.
