Thanks for stopping by! I'm sorry I haven't quite finished things yet. With any luck I'll be able to write up Friday and Saturday later this week, before we hit the one-month mark. I've just been way too busy.

The train that went by had horrible timing and it seemed to go on forever! I'm off to read the rest of your Con posts!

Thanks for the kind words! I'd been wondering whether it would be worth finishing this series now that two weeks have passed since the end of the con, but now that I actually have some time to work on it, I'll try to make the Saturday and Sunday report hold up to expectations!

Yeah, not to sound like I'm gushing or anything but I've seen dozens of blogs, the CNN iReport effort, Facebookers and professional local media and honest to God, no one has the coverage you do. They ALL seem to have the same people and the same pics. You've got the niche stuff that only the fans would know about or care. Thanks. Forwarding your stuff to my friends.

And yet we both took virtually the same photo of the bridge way off at the end of the convention area!

It mildly amazes me, with all the pix you took and all the ones I took, that there's so little overlap. I was pretty actively trying to take shots of most of the costumes I saw, but the majority of the ones you have in your album are ones I never saw, even though I was there Wed-Sun.

It's a small world, but a big con.
