It seems to be "Novell Linux Desktop 9 powered by SuSE"---which breaks both my double-digit theory and name change theory. Maybe they're testing the waters for a name change, or maybe it's a transitional form. Certainly they've folded all the SuSE, Ximian, and Mono sites into <a href="http://www.novell.com/">www.novell.com</a>, and you can't find half of the things Ximian developed (try looking for Red Carpet on the Novell site).
