I activated the Norton Anti-Virus and it doesn't get rid of the virus. I installed QURB which puts all of the garbage emails in quararantine so that I can approve the mail that I want and one click gets rid of the rest. My mail program Outlook is still running very slow so I have not eliminated the entire problem and I am still looking for a solution. My husband was curious and slicked on the attachment.

At this point, the best thing is to get a virus scanner, like F-Secure or Norton Anti-Virus.

(Or, in the absolute worst case, copy all your documents, images, email, etc. to an external disk, reformat the hard drive and reinstall Windows.)

Well, see, I don't have an aunt named Edna, but my grandmother's name is Edna. I was too curious and clicked the link - only to be infected by a virus :S Never again!
