LOTR is by far the best, most enchanting fairy tale series they has ever been. I may be a teenager, but any1 person can tell. I have never read the book series but plan to soon. Anyways, the Ents did help but the treebarers' helped enormously, as well as Gandalf and the breaking of the bridge or whatever supplied the water to wipe them out(the orcs'). Frodoo ( Elijah Wood), sam, merry and pipen are not very much in " The Two Towers" because of all the fighting constiting or mostly of Araagon and Leagolas( Orlando Bloom). However, the series ends with the ring being burnt, but a tragecy ending..... In "The Fellowship" i didnot belive the name LOTR to be so popualr throughtout the world. J.R.R. Tolkien is an extrdinary author who wrote a magnisficent, masterpiece series..... Alot of people who would agree( try millions) that "LOTR" is the best series now and EVER written, no series will overcome, none. The setting of LOTR ( New Zealand) is obviously beautiful, the acting is priceless and everything else fits in so amazingly... Though some things r not straight forward, but why do u think Peter Jackson( the director) would change a few things? Also who are the Ents? Well almost evey1 who has read the bookseries LOTR would agree with pride, LOTR is the masterpiece of all times, past, present and future, much respect from me to J.R.R. Tolkien is brought forth, LOTR is a masterpiece, classic series.... signing out, Andrew Ward, Canada
